1978 GMC Sierra Classic C15 SWB
Nice original patina truck Bought new and been in Athens AL. all it’s life. 350/350 engine and transmission Dual flowmaster exhaust Line-X bedliner New battery, heater core, brakes, brake lines etc. 4/6 drop kit I haven’t installed yet (waiting on a few parts on back order) New 17” Ridler wheels and tires I still have the rally wheels, step rails, tool box and bed rails that are included. Has a few dents on passenger door and driver side bed behind fender. Has a small patch of rust on lower passenger front fender. Clean title. I’m the 3rd owner and just recently bought it. It’s been sitting for about 10 years. It’s complete and original. 350 with 3 speed on the column. The van is in great shape for its age. I’ve cleaned up the outside, rims and removed all carpet and paneling on inside. I left the foam insulation. Not sure what I want to do with the van. Smog exempt. I have put a new battery in. Pulled all old spark plugs they looked pretty good. I did check for spark. Engine turns over. I put new plugs in. I have wires coil distributor cap and rotor points. Just haven’t put them in yet. Up for sale is a 1987 Chevrolet C20 Custom Deluxe. 2wd, 3 speed TH400 trans, 305 TBI small block. Truck was a former NYS Park Services truck up until a few years ago used in Belmont Lake State Park, Suffolk County. Door stickers and truck number still in place. Runs and drives well, shifts great. New radiator, starter, alternator, heater core, brakes all around, rear tires, etc. Doesnt leak a drop of any fluid. Odometer just rolled over so it shows 101k miles. 2 new ignition keys. Body is rough as to be expected 40 year old fleet service truck. Windsheild is cracked. Some significant dents and dings. Truck has a nice patina look and makes for a great cruiser as is. Rockers and cab corners are rotted as well as the front inner fenders. The floors, frame, bed and all structual components look great. Makes for an awesome weekend cruiser or project. Goes down the road better then you would expect for an old truck. Current reg and inspection, I drive it every week! Thanks for looking.
