Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
Thanks I am glad you like it. I am still not sure on the main color of the truck but I know I will to the roof in the candy blue with different 60 style graphics under the candy. Should look cool.

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
I really dig the '57 car dash! I am eager to see some more photos of the work that went into making that adaptation. I have an extra '57 dash that I was thinking of doing a similar retrofit with, and wonder how much "chop, cut & rebuild" it took to make it fit. This is going to be a slick truck, Eric. Subscribed!

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
I am glad you like the truck. I have about three week solid in the dash just to make it work we had to section it and widened it. It was a hell of alot of work to be honest but worth it.

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
I think there is a unwritten law that states that you must upload new pics of your build atleast weekly.....
You always have such inspiring work to show! |

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
well tell me what you guys think. My friend did the inner fenders. He is really good with metal. He will be on the new american chopper show . He is doing all the metal work for paul jrs bikes. So he is the ****. I am in the landscaping my back yard so the truck has taken the back seat. Cant live in the truck Last edited by superflysteiny; 08-23-2010 at 11:41 AM. |

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
Glad you like it. Brendon Thompson. He was the head guy at fat katz for a long time but has moved on and has his own shop now. He will be on the show in another 4 episodes. Paul jr is talking about flying him out every couple of months to do the sheet metal. Brendon is one of the best in the buisness. 31 yrs old and getting better everyday.

Re: 66 DiBella (means of the beautiful)
your skills are none to shabby either superfly. Really love the truck...heck, all of your trucks are sweet. Are those inner fenders attached from the top of the fender lip?
