What's it worth? 70 CST/10 400, Short Fleet?

New member...hey guys.

Been looking long and hard for an honest 70 short, fleetside, wood, for going a year. Found one, 84K, date matching, honest spid, trim tag and original sale documentation in glove box. Nevada truck, no rust, orig paint, everything works. Orig AM radio still works, In dash tach, starts, runs and drives like new. Automatic, leaks a lot. Only thing noticably not original is the steering wheel itself but the column is perfect. Out of buyer fatigue, I chased the price to 9K. Glad to have it, but not sure if I am behind the fiancial curve or not?

As a related matter I am having trouble finding the production numbers for this truck.
