I like the top 2. I think that it needs to have the .net on the end so everyone knows it is a web site.

I myself would rather stay away from bumper sticker type stickers...you know, rectangular shaped. These would have to be in order to make them work graphically.

They do look cool tho!

WOW K-10!!! Nice work! I was thinking about ending this lil thing. But well no one did any designs...So play around with like .com or .net and lets see wat everyone thinks. As far as where they will go. Some people like the small sticker for the windows orthers like windshield banners. I tink they design LOOKS great and will be easy to see. So mess around a lil with a few things and post'em up. I am sure i'll be off this week and i'll go by odessa and check some sticker prices. again great designs 1 and 3 are the best!!

Lynx, I never thought that picture would hang around so long. Back in the day I designed that for low 84 as a tattoo. Amazing that it is still around.

For the rest of you on the decal idea, you want to keep your designs simple and not too much color. The problem with fading colors and graphics is that you have to have a sticker actually printed in ink to make it work out. Vynil can only be solid colors and the more detailed you get with more color, the more time consuming it is for the maker which means the more money you will have in it. TRUST ME, I do vynil cutting in my free time as a side business/hobby. The designs that have flames faded and stuff are cool no doubt, but you are gonna drop a fortune on stickers that way. Just my .02

As far as banners go, they do not have to be so gawdy that they cover half the windshield. Also, you can just use outlines to give you more visibility even through a sticker. Here are two that I have done that are not too large, but use the whole width of a windshield to get an eyebrow effect:

This one is on an eclipse, it is solid, but short enough not to restrict view. A good example of two color, I had to do twice the work and it used twice the vinyl...hence it cost him more.

This is one I did on my car at a show to advertise my work. It is my normal basic small logo in the center, with outline flames that are short for one, and also transparent so that they do not restrict view in any way. Just some more food for thought.

I like the transparent idea, I would put something like that in my rear bottom driver's side corner behind my head...

That sticker cost me about 2 dollars, that is what the materials cost. I made it myself.

I would love to put a member's truck on, but what I liked about the render was that I can modify it any way I want to get any angle I want. Not to mention the background was a solid color and could easily be removed, while a member's truck would not be as easy. It would be difficult to get the right angle, and would have to be put on a green screen to get a good outline...

Good Job Russell.

I think it would look even better if the mirrors were ditched along with the flames. Less is more.

looks good, as far as corner stickers over banners it depends on whats being put on it, www.73-87chevytrucks.net maybe a bit long for a 6" oval corner sticker. and static cling window banners are hard to see, i have one on my truck and unless you are almost right on it, you cant even tell it says anything. Russells design is good, except the black truck on black background maybe be hard to see as well. just an idea

...and the bumper guards.

Perhaps flip the colors so that that the white becomes black and the black becomes white. What I am thinking is that I have tinited windows and since most of that design is black that it would be hard to see.

Looks cool, Russell.

How about a billet grille instead of the stock GMC grille, just so it would work for both Chevy and GMC guys.
