Ray had to leave town for work unexpectedly. I will have him get back to you as soon as he gets back. May take a few days, thanks for your patience.

Re: Parting 92 Chevy 2500 4x4 Diesel

The cab has been sold local. The only parts saved out of the cab are the steering column and the computer. The engine was a 6.5 and I believe the lower end is still good as the engine went down with a cracked head. I will check on shipping to Denmark for the computer and then Chuck is next in line for it.
Thanks for your patience as I have been working out of town for the last several days.

Re: Parting 92 Chevy 2500 4x4 Diesel

the computer should not have anything to do with the engine actually...it only runs the transmission being that it's a 4l80e...the 6.5 is mechanically injected, so the computer doesn't control it...the engine harness is needed though to send an ignition signal and get information from the sensors...

Sorry, The trans computer is not available. After talking to Fat Hoe, he explained to me that it does not run the engine and it is needed with the 4L80E trans which I gave to a friend locally. Sorry for the confusion and Thanks a bunch Chuck for educating me on this.
Thanks, Ray

Re: Parting 92 Chevy 2500 4x4 Diesel

thanks anyways Ray. That what I need it for, Im going to run a 4l80 in my "69" and wanted to try working a cheaper way to run it without having to pay the big bucks for the after market ones. I think I have it figured out, but i'm working on getting wiring schematics to verify everything. But with your photo I have a gm pn to work with now.
