Re: Road hats

Ha ha, you don’t know what you’re missing. There’s a lot of good mileage left in those underwear. :-)

I never buy used clothing with bullet holes in them, otherwise it's all good.

Re: Road hats

I’ve worn hats most of my life, I used to collect them. Had over 600 at one point. When I traveled for work I had Company Hats that I handed out, once the guys knew I collected hats I’d end up with a new one on every trip. After retiring I ran out of Company hats I had so now I wear a plain Black Ball Cap and buy them 25 at a time, once they get to dirty or sweaty I toss em. Still have hats hanging in the Garage rafters

Re: Road hats

I spotted an Army camo fatigue cap off the road…stopped to pick it up…it was full of puke (no doubt form some drunk soldier that didn’t want to puke in his buddy’s car…I left it….

Re: Road hats

Not a road hat but similar. It's a "lake hat" that washed up on shore this afternoon. It's a beauty. Wonder if I can salvage it. It appears that the previous owner was a member of a fishing team.

Re: Road hats

Look up the fishing team contact info and return it . We were fishing on the bay and my buddy dropped the new rod he bought for his girlfriend (good one, Dave ). We had a contest going for pulling it back up. Dave ended up snagging it back up, so just another fishing story.

I remember once I had a hat fly off my head while riding the Harley with my wife. I turned around, rode past it, turned around again, put my foot down, flipped it up, caught it, and put it back on my head. She was impressed

Re: Road hats

Gotta be careful with road hats in this state. Most likely a body attached.

Re: Road hats

That's terrible! But funny is a sick way! Peel the hat off and run it through the wash, then put it on and leave the state.

Re: Road hats

Like I said in a previous post in this state it might have a body attached or most likely a setup to carjack you and take YOUR hat, wallet, pants, shirt etc.

I was on my way to have lunch with my brother's grown kids last January, Making a left, I spied something glittering in the opposite lane. I looped around and found an 11/16'' deepwell in 1/2'' drive and nearby, a socket extension, also 1/2'' drive, about 6'' long.
