Re: LIL ERV the 50
Put my fuel tank in and put the filler on the rear fender, saw this done by a member on his TF. it looked so cool I had to do it on my AD.
I used a 1 1/2" hole saw to get things started then went in with a die grinder with a 3/16" carbide ball fine pitch cutter, very easy on the fender no heat build up. I found a piece of 1 1/2" exhaust tubing on the speedway web with multiple bends in it, perfect. I thought i'd keep the stock filler unit with the truck.

New overhead counsel from an Impala SS 2010.
1st photo shows the mounts i made and welded to roof. 2nd photo of it mounted. 3rd photo we have power. Not bad for $10.00.

Re: LIL ERV the 50
i had to narrow the upper and lower control arms 2" per side to bring the wheels in.
lower stock, i moved the ball joint socket back 2", 3 sides welded in. trimmed off the extra stuff and blended the front in.

Re: LIL ERV the 50
Went to the junk yard awhile back and picked up a serpentine bracket set off a 95 chevy truck and blasted them at work, then painted them with Eastwood aluma blast paint. Then mounted them with a KWIK performance adapter kit to the Big block, the fit is fantastic, pulls every thing in tight. Also refinishing the AC and the power steering pump that came with it.

Great job on those control arms. I'm also working on putting a 50 on a C-10 frame. Yours looks great so far.
