Got some sandblasting done.
It all cleaned up good. I need to get some more media. I Got a little more blasting work to do. .

A little more progress.
The Person that normally does my sand blasting is Booked Up. So that leaves it to ( You know who) It was close to sunset on the next 2 Pictures. Better than No Pics??? .

That’s one hell of a platform! I like it. You could also use it to do any frame work needed.

Added Trailer hitch to my Platform.
This will be used to build the cab. My helper is asleep at the wheel Welding the hitch on the trailer 1 2 3 Finished and Now My Helper is Awake I will get picture's of this frame in the day-light later on. She must be a Night - Shift dog .

I made 2 chisels out of some dull files.

Here is the b-pillar
in the first stage of separation. light Sanding Looking for spot welds. predrill spot weld before chiseling. Opened up for Inpection .

More B-Pillar work.
I am removing the inner brace and the door latch (catch). Here are the spot welds(circled in red) that I drilled out. View of spot welds on upper part of reinforcement brace. I use my sharpen file to separate the welds. for reference ^^^Upper-hinge mount location ^^^ v . vvvLower hinge mount location vvvvvvv This is the tabs that hold the nut plate in. Used a screwdriver to open them up.

You have a lot of determination going on there in the slow process of putting it all togeather,, and you have some pretty good skills in doing so .. I know what you mean about having a lot at work happening and keeping you from your fun job at home.. I couldnt wait to get home to my projects .. looking good what you have done and when done ,,you can stand back and be happy with how you did it all.
