Re: '63 c10 drag build
No I have to cut the front end of my frame off to get it. It comes up like 1.5" short of the window cowl

Re: '63 c10 drag build
Looking good! I see you got the lower part of the front fender mounted and looks like you lopped off a bit of the frame for the rest of the front end to fit. Cant wait to see it making passes!

Re: '63 c10 drag build
Got a little more involved had to cut headers and go to a motor plate which is a one off Cnc'd deal kind of a nightmare with the steering

Re: '63 c10 drag build
Getting all the last pieces of the puzzle on taking it to a chassis guy to align and set up suspension but I refuse to push it onto a trailer that's for trucks that don't run so let's hope it survives the first parking lot burner

Re: '63 c10 drag build
Digging up the old thread because we are building again
#1 nitrous is to expensive on the west coast and it's hot as a mofo in NorCal so babying bottles in a hassle #2 Nitrous is hard on things So I've gone to the Darkside. I'm also going to a 750 cage. And doing some simple things here and there to stop frame twist/bow |
