Do you have the piece where the three speed shifter goes with the pin through the shifter, I need that piece but for a four speed

It's the piece that actually moves when you shift the three speed, I have a three speed but with a floor shift so I need either a four speed whole column or just that piece for a four speed, thanks

How about a lower shaft bearing for a four speed column. Not sure if they are different or not.
