Re: serpentine setup with pulleys and accessories $160.00 shipped

Just wondering if anyone on this thread can tell me if I have to change the balancer? I am thinking that if I can just use the existing one, that would make life easier. The pulley will mount to the one I already have. Let me know what you think. Appreciate the help.

Scott, I sent you a PM in which I included the same question, but I figured I would ask here as well.

Thanks!

I'm not sure if you have to use it. I never mocked it up. I received your PM. Can you post a picture of the power steering bracket. I didn't notice the weld job on it. If you want I can fix whatever you need I'll cover the shipping on it.

I'll post a pic tomorrow. I don't think it's a big deal, and I appreciate the offer. I have not had a chance yet to disassemble my current setup, or to clean all the parts. I'll try and get to it this weekend and see how everything lines up.

If the bracket lines up, I should be able to grind down the welds. I'll let you know what happens.

No problem. Good luck with your install.

I had to go into the basement, so I took some pics while I was there. As I said, I'll see how it fits this weekend. Really not worried about it. It was a good deal even with the bracket issue.

Re: serpentine setup with pulleys and accessories $160.00 shipped

Thank you for the picture Darien. Yeap that definitely looks like crap. Sorry I didn't catch that, I could have cleaned that up. My friend I bought the setup from got the serpentine setup off a truck in the junkyard so it shouldn't be any issue with alignment of everything, but if there is please let me know.
