Is that a tilt steering column?? Also, is the Dash gauges/ bezel in good shape? if so, how much to 28031? Thanks Geoff

Geoff, non tilt column. Sorry gauges are sold already.
Craig, column indicator is gone, its not complete. Turn signal handle is gone too. AT linkage is $25 plus shipping Thanks let me know, Randy
