looking good to me, i'm like most people, one day it's either repair the doors i have or buy new one's i would like to repair mine, so keep the pictures & progress coming.

looks good i just did mine today and its easier then i thought.. i love the square clamps you got.. real dirt cheap and works really well to do a butt weld

Looks Good!! I opened my door up by cutting the inside just as you did and decided for time reasons to find other doors. It is amazing how bad the inside repro's patch panels are.

Anyways keep up the great work, your post is a great guide for when I get around to repairing my door.

when you guys go to grind your welds do you try to grind them completely flush or do you like to leave a slight ridge
