I don't like the two tone... maybe if it was sage green and tan.. oh wait I wear that everyday!

Re: "The way it is" 67'swb
I love going in the garage without intentions of getting a lot done. This is when i get most work done and everything seams to go smoothly, I guess cause I do not have huge expectations. I had gotten 2 of the worst areas of the windshield surround done tonight!
You can see in 2 of the pics how bad the section I had taken out was.

Re: "The way it is" 67'swb
Thanks I am having a hard time with a paint scheme. I dont know whether to do the top of the cab in the sand color or just the grill and the chevy in the tailgate in the sand and the rest green??

Re: "The way it is" 67'swb
What are you planning on doing for the interior? What color will you be powdercoating the 17" rally wheels? That would help with recommendations. Of course, in the end, you have to be the one happy with the way it looks. If you have a thought in your mind about the way you want it to look then go for it!

Re: "The way it is" 67'swb
I am planning on using a tan leather interior for the seats and dash. I had pulled the truck out today to take some pics and clean up some final welds today. I am feel like I am starting to make some head way!

Good progress. I will definitely put my vote in for the two tone to compliment you using it on the grille and tailgate.

Re: "The way it is" 67'swb
I finally got sometime to paint my 2 rear wheels over the last 2 days and am very happy with the way they have turned out. I have been very busy making open primary belt guards for MCs and it has been taking up alot of my time. I have thru in a couple pics. I am hoping to get my rear tires mounted this weekend!

Re: "The way it is" 67'swb
Well got my wheels done and the tire mounted. I am very pleased to say the least with the way they came out. I am really able to see some vision now as to how the end product should look! I really love the shot from the back!

Thanks guys for the compliments, I am planning on bringing the bed in and start tearing on that. I had bought a 95% perfect complete bed floor from CPNE so I need to install that and see what kind of bedside work will need to be done. I was planning on trying to get the cab painted before winter but the weather is changing quick so I might just start on the bed and shoot both in the spring????
