Today got the front clip off and pulled the engine and tranny, cleaned the tranny up and installed it on to the 6.0...Gotta get bolts to make it permanent in the morning

Don't worry you arent the only one who is going overboard, I'm buying a dakota digital gauge cluster and cruise control for mine also.
Did you see the Dakota Digital "fly by wire" cruise control while you were on their site?
