Not much back there. I'm out of town and not sure of the condition. Are you talking about the tailgate strip that runs in line with the tailgate handle.

My 20 month old did try the horn out but I'm not sure if they both worked but for sure at least one made a sound. I will try them on my truck one at a time since I don't have high low setup. I'll let you know if they work and price to follow depending on operation.
