just fit in a front cross brace right below where the radiator wil be



and pimped up the underside with some embossed

made and tagged the last box plates in place and will weld them in tomorrow

got the frame done this weekend welded all useless holes in the frame rails



and put the engine back in for furter measurements and match up the diff. angle to the transmission angle



4 link in place and tag welded the diff. housing in place

Nice clean accessory bracket installation on the engine. Too many of the aftermarket systems seems to be over done and wanting to show off the brackets rather than the engine. Frame is looking very cool too.

its quite easy to do made a die out of 2 pieces of sheet metal, i wil take some picture's tonight

btw did the same trick on the panel truck

here the die´s i made for the bowtie just 1 bowtie and 1 larger cut out bowtie out of 1mm sheetmetal (19 gauge) like i said nothing fancy

Did u just cut it out with a saw? What then? What gauge metal can you emboss? Do you use a press?

used an angle grinder with a thin cutting blade
the outher bowtie is made out of 2 pieces and welded back together
as you can see in the picture.

i made them only into 19 gauge sheet (1mm) but i am confident
thicker sheet would work too

i use a medium press (max 4400lbs) and press it between 2 thick piece of steel to spread the load equaly

also started to build a 304 stainless steel fuel tank


and made some beads in them with my new aquired bead roller toy


will add some more beads later

made some more beads in the tank


and installed some front suspension stuff and located where the c notches need to go for the steering rack

wow! very nice work! I have a friend who lives in Hellevoetsluis, it seems high quality work is a standard trait for the Dutch! He does beautiful things to Porsches.
