Re: My other passion...65' Impala SS
Almost done now!!! Of course, things take twice as long as we think they are going to, but hopefully this means the final product will be worth the wait, which I think will be the case.
I am thinking the next set of pictures will be of the final product... Last edited by nicke; 05-25-2010 at 10:53 PM. |

No, those wheels are made by a company called Prime. They were the wheels that were on the car when I bought it.

Re: My other passion...65' Impala SS
Are you staying with white for the color? I have a 65 SS that is originally a 327 / powerglide car. Right now it has a crate 350, but I'd love to go to a BB. My buddy that I got it from had a 454 in it before I got my hands on it... HUGE difference!

Re: My other passion...65' Impala SS
Very nice Impala! I know what you mean, I have a ford brother also. We tried to get him help (Chevy Orange blood transfussions) but the doctors said he was a lost cause.

Re: My other passion...65' Impala SS
Very nice. My roommate in College had a 66 Impala SS Convertible with a 65 327 and a powerglide in it. Fun car to cruise around in. Love the look of yours, and can't wait to see it done.

Re: My other passion...65' Impala SS
I love it. I have a '66 in the garage the doubles as a shelf. I've been collecting parts for it though. I just bought a yearone 400hp+ 350 for it. I can't wait to see more pics.

Nice car! This will definitely look good! My good friend has a 68 396 car that is white and is sort of a survivor. Who's corvette was that in the garage a few pages back?
