kissingbug1978 To answer your question: What size tires are you running in the rear? I see the mini-tubs but, are you still running trailing arms?

Yes, I love the Yellow 63. At one time I drove my truck without a hood and, without a bed.....didn't get pulled over. But, got funny looks. Once a cop said once when it was raining, Can you drive the truck in the rain with the hood off? Said yep! Wrapped the distributor up with a plastic bag and away we go....ha ha The whole frame has been altered. We cut holes in the sides of the frame. Thinking about the bed.....I dont like it. Might put a new bed on it. Those are some good looking "dog-legs" fellas. Although I am partial to the 4-5-6 Chevy trucks, I dig all the '60-'66 rigs.

Heres my 60 Its a little more cleaned up now i dont have any pics.It was my G/F grandpas he gave to me cause he wants to see it fixed up He bought it in 62 or 63 he said. The old 283 still runs not very good but its all there.I picked up a big window cab for 50 bucks Im hoping to get to it next winter. At first Ididnt like it but after seeing all your guys Bad ass trucks I think its cool. I plan on keeping everything stock ecept the suspension.I love the ugly ass hood and step side too.
Bed and cab I picked up off craigslist for 200 bones. |
