Here's something I have on the go. Still want to put a 350 into it, but not sure what to do to the drive train, or do I even have to change it up. Also want to lift it up.

Here's our 83 X-cab. 350/700R4 combo, 20 gal fuel cell, Autometer gauges. Doing updates at this time, parked it when gas had hit $4/gal. Hopin to be back on the road with it in the next couple months

Here's my 91 LWB I had for a little over a year back in 07. It had a 383, 700R4, bagged with a 3.5" body drop.

Re: How about some pics of S10 S15 Luv Blazer II

cool! I didnt know there was an S10 section here too! I love S10's. Ive had 4 of them so far.

here is mt '86 Blazer that I put a built 350 / TH350 into. it had a narrowed 8.5" 10 bolt rear with a posi and 3.73's. This little truck boogied! I had put 17" Torque Thrust II's on it but that was after I had taken these pictuers. It was also the tahoe package so this thing was loaded with all the options like power everything and delux interior. I havent seen many more like that.

This is my current daily driver and I love this thing too! Its very comfortable to drive, rides really nice, has all the creature comforts and look badass to boot! Its got a Vortech 4.3L which runs like fricken top, actually has pretty decent power, and gets 20 mpg.

Re: How about some pics of S10 S15 Luv Blazer II

with the 8.8 rear that is wider and added wider tires on z28 rims that have a bit more back space you got a feeling something is up... then you hear it

Re: How about some pics of S10 S15 Luv Blazer II

I remember when the S10 / S15's first rolled out of the factory. I bought an '85... it was my first "new vehicle" and I was 24.... (God I am old ).

1985 GMC S15, ordered it new from "Mose Wampler" GMC in Troy Ohio. Black bucket seats, 5-speed manual, analog gauges, V-6, posi rear end.

Installed Cragars and 60's series Radial T/A's, made a roll bar and a hood protector.

I bought the complete Ziebart rust proofing system and a Ziebart bed liner. Man, I tell ya, those guys learned to hate me. They lost their butt, I took it back every year and they had to pay for numerous rusty door panel and tailgate repairs. And the bed liner wore the paint off the bed rails, so they paid to have that redone also. But it was a great deal for me, years of maintenance free rust repair, which in Ohio, for a daily driven vehicle, was a big deal. They ended up doing a buy out in 1993 (???) and they installed a really nice high end sunroof for free (not shown in the photo).

It was the first new vehicle I owned and it was a great truck! (the V-6 was totally gutless though). And I used it as a truck too. Hauled firewood every fall, dirt and gravel in the summer and my "under construction" Model A Hot Rod parts pretty much all year. When I sold it to a friend in the mid 1990's it had over 130,000 miles on it.

I can still remember driving it home from the dealership... I was king of the world! You never forget your first truck you know!
