Re: 63 C10 SWB Dropmember Build
Was able to get most of the chassis assembled this last week / weekend. We will have the rolling chassis finished by the end of the month, so we can use it as a display at our 3 show in July. I will also be working on doing write-ups on the 14" brake setup we offer, and the Moser axle swap.

Very nice, I'm in. Love the wheel choice & that ya'll are leaving the rear bumper. AR has some awesome new wheels, just wish they would offer more in 22's.

Re: 63 C10 SWB Dropmember Build
Worked on the chassis all weekend, in order to use it as a display piece for the upcoming shows we will be at in July. GoodGuys Des Moines & Columbus, and also Car Craft Summer Nationals in St. Paul.
Here we mounted the AccuAIr sensors for e-level. We used the clamps from McMaster that have been used here on the forums, and they work great! They sure do save some time. We did have to make a aluminum block / spacer for the rear sensor. After that, we completed the 14" brake kit for front and rear. |

Re: 63 C10 SWB Dropmember Build
Once we got all that buttoned up, we made a temporary air management mount, so we can make it a working display for the e-level. After the shows, we will come back and clean up the wiring and remount everything in the final locations.
Here are some pictures of the chassis. Thanks to Porterbuilt, AccuAir, Boyd Welding, Baer & VIAIR for all making great quality products. |
