I found a stepside bed but not sure if i want to really go that route...

You can always throw the stepper on there, and get a fleet side later if you don't like it.

Yeah would be cool but seems everyone thinks just the beds can go for as much as the whole truck is worth, or more

For instance--- running parts truck for sale $750 or just the bed $500
