My grandpa has them on his 64 c10 long fleet. He lowered his truck 2/4. Maybe he will let me have them for my stock 65.

The earlier trucks (60-66) had 3 spring set ups and the 67-72 had a single spring set up....but both will work on our trucks.

I'm glad I stumbled upon this thread. My 66' has the single leaf ones. I had been wondering if they were factory. I will be removing them in the next week or so because I'm lowering the rear by 4".

Being so close to the 67 year model change in the springs, they may be original. Or even a dealer or PO install after 66.
