Re: New Complete Rear Disc Brake kits!!!! Really low buck, let us know what you think!!!

We ran in to a little snag today but should have it taken care of Monday, woked on a few different trucks and we want to modify a few more little things, looks like we may begin getting the 6-lugs out by the end of the week. Cross our fingers and knock on wood. We do not want to make the customer the test pig, know what I mean.

Complete pictures of the laid out kit are a must, so we know exactly what you are selling and then see if we have any questions.
Pictures of the system working on a running truck are also a must.
Hope you work out all the bugs before you start taking orders.

Re: New Complete Rear Disc Brake kits!!!! Really low buck, let us know what you think!!!

We'll have pics and ALL minor glitches worked out this week. This kit won't be like some others offered, where you have to "slightly" modify axles OR rotors to get them to fit. We are doing all the design work up front so you don't have to. Look for updates and pics this week.

The new disc brake kits are designed as a direct bolt-on replacement and feature new high quality parts including grade 8 hardware and banjo bolts. Also included in the kit will be a full color instructions and a diagram. This is a real kit designed by Truck guys! We have worked on this for months

The kit is designed as a direct replacement and we are finalizing the last stage and should begin taking orders in or around July 23. We also will be working on a 5-lug kit so stay tuned. The price for the complete kit should be around 399.95+shipping and will include everything to compelte the installation. For the board we are going to offer the first 25 kits at 375.00 +shipping, figured we would knock 25.00 for our boys. We will continue to keep you up to date as the kit progresses.

Tell us what you think!

P.S. As soon as we begin selling I will be upgrading my status from Supporter to Vendor. Just wanted to let everyone know!
Do you have any pics of this setup?

Re: New Complete Rear Disc Brake kits!!!! Really low buck, let us know what you think!!!

I'm interested in a 5-lug setup. I'm also interested in 2 1/2" drop spindles and 3" or 4" rear drop springs, if you can make it a package deal.

Thanks,

-Jamie

Great,

O.K so the kits are coming along, we are having to wait for our turn at the Lazer to get things cut. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up. It looks as though the 5 lugs may surpass the 6-lugs in production time. We are also working on getting additional suspension and braking components so that we can offer you the complete braking solution. Thanks for your interest and patiance. We are working as hard as we can to perfect the kit for you guys.

I would be interested in the 6 lug kit. I did see it was asked, but not answered, but is there a upgrade possible to cross drilled rotors? Also, would braided stainless steel be available instead rubber hose brake lines. I know that you are just getting started, but other companies offer these upgrades. I would like to see you guy offer the upgrades so I can support a board vendor and not have to go elsewhere. These are just a couple of ideas to think about in the future.

Re: New Complete Rear Disc Brake kits!!!! Really low buck, let us know what you think!!!

We are going to offer these and are in the process of getting a few in stock so we can ship them rather than drop ship them like most. We are also working on a contact for drilled rotors but finding a real source for them can be hard.

While these do look cool, cracking usually occurs from hole to hole. Porsche has their holes made into the rotor when they are produced and rather than throw e-bay rotors at our customers, we want to provide the best possible product. But yes we are going to offer these.

Josh
