Re: Yenko stripes
I like the way it turned out, though I was like the others at first.Great execution of an idea.Turns out to look like a Yenko. The Panel posted woud probably look good also but if you're going with a theme,go with it.Don't mix modern big wheels with a classic theme.Period/correct era wheels would make the panel more palatable.

Re: Yenko stripes
That is beautiful! That's almost exactly what my fiancée wants to do and we're currently looking for a Nova to work on together. The only difference is she wants the stripes glossy black against flat black
Is yours a '68 or '69? Sorry, I know I'm chiming in half a century later

Re: Yenko stripes
468, love the Nova! Had a 70 for a while (350 M20), painted mine blue but did not have the Yenko stripes like yours looks great...
The wheels, I was thinking of the grey TT original style 5 spoke but in 17 inch. But in the meantime, paint the ralley's silver just to break the green up a little bit. The Chevelle will get wheels first, then the truck will get a makeover but will be a while yet. I do like the panel too, but not sure about the larger wheels either. Loses the overall theme of the truck you are right.
