All the mods are done to the frame, so it was sent off for sand blasting...looks nice.

Here we are prepping the front axle to be hot tanked, we also removed the spring perch pads so we could relocate the new set.

Are you running a 4" lift. I'm looking at the front shackles on your truck. with no load on them other than the frame they are leaning forward slightly. I have a 6" lift and my shackles are leaning forward about 2.5" it will be interesting if yours start to lean back as they should with the weight on them.

We were now ready to drop in the engine and trans, but first we had to shorten the shaft to the adapter to the NP205 transfer case.
