Re: My Blue 1957 build
Well came to the conclusion that the motor was not going to be able to stay where it currently sit. I need to cut out the mount and relocate them high to get the right angle for the driveline. Busted out the instructions for the a/c. Didnt look to bad until i took the template out to check it against the firewall hole. of the original hole needed were filled at some point in the past. That will add to the fun

Re: My Blue 1957 build
Just stay away from those repoped fender, the ones I had fit horrible. I don't know what company made them but they were crap. How bad are your fenders? They sell patch panels to the point you can make a fender.lol

Re: My Blue 1957 build
thanks, trying to keep the ball rolling. figured i would get the firewall taken care of with getting the a/c mocked up then get the motor back in there correctly this time.

We all get help from a buddy, that's why we are here on the forum too. Looks good so far, that body work looks like how mine started.

Re: My Blue 1957 build
and...
don't do like i did. i just used the photobucket main album for the first year and it got messy after while set up a sub album called truck (or what ever) then sub albums in the truck folder for frame, interior, body and what ever else you want this makes it a lot easier to find pictures after a couple years of uploading pictures to photobucket it's going to be a little hard to drive this way

Re: My Blue 1957 build
Really nice work so far! Your really going to like the handling of that Mustang II set up over the old straight axle.

Re: My Blue 1957 build
You guys ever have questions or need parts you should look up Walton Fabrication in Upland, Ca. Been very helpful with my questions and he is a distributor for alot of the name brand stuff ie. TCI, CPP, Currie and more.

Re: My Blue 1957 build
I hung some steel to see how it would look. Going to try to get my measurements for rims and tires and probaly still drop it with the spindles in the front and 4" in the rear.
