I got a new torque wrench so I can properly tighten her bolts, and a new (to her) HEI and stock 1BBL air cleaner. Still looking for the stock valve cover she asked for. (for a 250-the one with four bolts on one side and three on the other) Anyone got one?

My daughter and son-in-law got me a polished aluminum pan and flywheel
cover for the 350 transmission. I dressed the engine up somewhat and the
transmission should look good now.

My 68 made out better than the rest of the family. New Front end, March peformance serpentine belt conversion kit, steering gearbox, steering clumn, new front tires, new power steering pump, water pump, fuel pump and fluid change! Alternator get jealous and quits working so now she has a dead battery and the poor thing is stuck outside in the freezing rain.

The truck received a gift certificate for new personalized licence plates from the future wife, now all I have to do is think of what I want up to 8 characters.

I could come up with stuff all day if I had 8 characters to work with. In Texas, it's 6.

SMOKEKIKI: She has already told me that she won't drive it. She won't drive anything bigger than her Bravada, and since this one has an extended cab with a LWB plus dually fenders she is intimidated. That and she works in a plaza with tiny parking spots and she knows if she gets it marked up she might as well not come home. They have allowed us to go up to 8 characters as of about 2 years ago for an additional price of course.

So far in my family we have:

OL CARS
ABNORMAL
1952 IHC
HILNDS
XLR8TN

Santa (aka my wife) put a new air conditioner under the tree for my truck! I'm writing the Pope to recommend she be canonized! Spent several happy days in the garage installing it and looking forward to the summer ahead!
