I see that you're on vacation, have fun! When you get back I would be interested in this kit as well, without the brake booster bracket.

Can a different style wildwood MC be used? I don't really like that the line has to be run out of the back on top? So I have to go up and loop the line down?

I also have to ask... why is the 67-72 clutch pedal linkage so complex, but when I click on your 60-66 link it's just this:

I mean, I can do that easily.

Re: '67-'72 Power Brake Booster Bracket With Hydraulic Clutch Conversion

Depending on what bore size of master you need, a different style of clutch master may add to the cost.

That picture is of the original linkage that I started with. It did not allow full pedal travel and is no longer used in any of my hydraulic clutch convetsions.

Gotcha!

I'm installing a 2001 4.3L S10 NV3500 in my 67 C10, the trans has the internal slave. I've seen several people us this one: 70174-750? But if that won't work with your pedal, that's OK. I want the best combo that will work. That MC bowl looks tiny... is there enough fluid to push the slave cylinder that I need it to?

Re: '67-'72 Power Brake Booster Bracket With Hydraulic Clutch Conversion

I don"t have good enough wi-if right now here in Fredrickstad, Norway to look up that part number. I have not had any complaints with the clutch masters that I typically supply. I believe that internal slave needs a .700 bore master. I will have to verify that later.

No problem, NOT in a hurry at all. Enjoy your trip, we'll figure it out when you get back.

That number you gave does not show up in Wilwood's line.

Re: '67-'72 Power Brake Booster Bracket With Hydraulic Clutch Conversion

I was able to find that Wilwood clutch master. The number you gave is an old outdated number. I can supply that master at an additional cost. I will have to check and see where I can get the best price.

Re: '67-'72 Power Brake Booster Bracket With Hydraulic Clutch Conversion

do you have to have the the mounting plate (outside of locating where to drill the hole for the clutch master) im running a wilwood manual brake set up and would rather not have a plate if possible

Aside from locating the clutch master, the plate does stiffen the firewall. I can sell you everything except the booster bracket if you like.

Re: '67-'72 Power Brake Booster Bracket With Hydraulic Clutch Conversion

Anyone have any pictures of 69-72 installed inside the cab. There's quite the rib that needs trimmed out. The directions explain it pretty well but I have yet to see a picture? Maybe I'll get one once I have it notched out

Best $ I've spent in a long time. Shipping was FAST , product was Fantastic, worked exactly like it was supposed to even though I had to modify because of MY set up.

Thanks John

Installed the flat plate version today after painting and it went perfect. A great product thanks for the quick delivery.

How much would you sell the clutch brackets kit, no master cylinder?

It would be $50.00 less than the price in post #1.

Re: '67-'72 Power Brake Booster Bracket With Hydraulic Clutch Conversion

I'm interseted in buying a kit, I'm installing an NV3500 that came out of an 06 1500 that had the 4.3/5spd. Did you come up with a master with a line out the bottom?

No I do not have a source for a clutch master with the port on the bottom. With the Wilwood's it is either on the top or front.

Ready to finally buy this. The trans I'm using is posted above. I don't need the MC that I posted above if you know of one that works with my application, but I do want it to come out the front, I DO NOT want one that comes out of the top.

I just want the unpainted mount plate for the clutch and the clutch parts like below:

This is the other style of Wilwood clutch masters that I use. It has the port on the front. It just depends on what you want. The other one you posted about will raise the cost.

Re: '67-'72 Power Brake Booster Bracket With Hydraulic Clutch Conversion

Nice, I like that way better than the plastic tank one!

Yes, I want the front routing, makes the install a lot cleaner looking dropping the line straight down.

If that ones matches up with my NV3500 trans I'll take it. Is it still $191.85 (odd number for the forum )?

PM me your paypal info. Thanks!
