Just checked out your build for the first time. I really like what you are doing with it. Gonna be a sweet ride for sure!

Nice. Never noticed the rear of the frame on a sub has bumper mounts before. Sick build.

Re: 1966 suburban slammed fuel injected 6.2L
never thought about the badging on it but thought about putting the seats out of a 08 -09 escalade to mach the motor, but leaning towards leaving the inside stock as possible

Re: 1966 suburban slammed fuel injected 6.2L
I know what you mean about when the weather gets better !! I worked on mine that week we had 50's and 60's ,but 18 this morning and 32 during the day kind of put a damper on that ... all I need to do is change the carb on mine and I should be cruising.. I will have to come check your build out ..

Re: 1966 suburban slammed fuel injected 6.2L
I was going to put Escalade seats in mine until I sat in the DTS. Mine are out of an '07, best seats ever.

Re: 1966 suburban slammed fuel injected 6.2L
Is there going to be any fitment issues with the 6L90 in the trans tunnel? I'm curious as this is the trans I'm planning on using.

I did get a considerable amount of work done to mine , but still messing with the engine , still runs poorly... I think it is ignition related....

Re: 1966 suburban slammed fuel injected 6.2L
your frame looks nice. I have a question on your fuel cell. did you buy it like that all complete with fuel pump or did you add it? if you added it what did you put in there? I have a similar fuel cell and i need to add a pump into it. thanks
