Depends on how it's running that day... Like today, it's unfit for print what I call my truck.

Just teasing . To each his own, but I just couldn't let the thought pass.

For me, I've been collecting names and trying to decide for 2 weeks now.

Here's my top 5.
a. BluByU (Would fit on our state's 6 position licence plate)
b. Thunder Truck
c. Blue 'Zilla
d. See-Ten and
e. Mighty Blue

I like BluByU the most because of its double meaning and reference to the truck's color, but haven't made the final decision.

Any of you like to offer your thoughts?

Re: What are your vehicle's names?

My father named mine for me. When I bought it the timing and carburation were so far off that at shut down it would diesel for a few seconds then let out the most terrific, deafening backfire. He christened it "THE BOMB" and even after I fixed it the name stuck.

THE BOMB

Re: What are your vehicle's names?

I've named most of my trucks after the previous owner; The truck I wish I had back more than all of the others was named Butch. '70 SWB with 5-lug conversion, tilt, tach, buddy buckets, and a very healthy 350. I was the 2nd owner and Butch was the gentleman who bought it new.

I'm breaking the trend with my red '68 by naming it Lucy after N2Billet's fantastic ride.

Re: What are your vehicle's names?

My 71 C-10 I called Ole Farm Truck, but tonight my wife renamed it "Da Beast".

The 92 GMC K-3500 Duallie is called the "The He-Man Truck".

The 86 Toyota 4-Runner is called the "Foul Weather Vehicle".

The 93 Camry is called the work car.

The 2005 Grand Marquis is called "My Car", of course my wife is talking about it being her car.

Here is a picture of the "Da Beast".

I drive it when I want to take a break and remember simpler times.
