FINALLY !! after 3 weeks of asking friends, i got 3 of them to come over at the same time to lift my cab off the frame so i could finish my rear DM install.

I get all my metal parts at "The Truck Shop" in Orange CA. It's close to my house and the guys there are super helpful.. It's cheaper than alot of the other spots too. www.truckandcarshop.com

welded in the hole where the radio used to be, made a great spot for my manual air ride valves. Still need to grind it down and make it look pretty.. good enough for today.

Finally got some good progress! My Drop member rear is almost fully installed! installation was smooth and everything fit great!

well i tried to drop my motor in today but looks like i will have to make or have some one make motor mounts for me. when i get the motor close, the oil pan sits on the rack, also the passenger side of the 292 has a different configuration than the 250. The fuel filter and motor mount are switched.
