Re: Do you need '64-'66 Chevy Truck Parts?

Just a referral:

Last year I bought a used wiper switch from Tony / LilRed66 for my '65 c10.

I paid using paypal, he had good communication during the transaction, quick shipment and told me when it shipped, part was as advertised and is still working good in my old truck.

Thanks

Also, Are they hard to remove, put in?
Thanks for the inquiry. I have a complete '65 GMC dash and gauge cluster. In order to remove a complete dash, the windshield must be removed, in order to drill out the spot welds along the front edge of the dash, adjacent to the windshield. Also, there are three bolts on each end that hold the dash securely in place. Putting a dash in requires the spot welds, that were drilled out to be rewelded.

I will send you a PM with pictures and a price, including packaging and shipping. Due to the size, bulk and weight, shipping will be approximately $85-$100.

Tom:

Do you need the "A" pillar at the windshield or at the door bottom? Let me know and I will see what I can come up with. Also, if you need the bottom, they are now available from www.classicparts.com for under $40.00.

I do still need a pair. I have gone through 2 pairs of good condition originals but I want to get a nice pair and have them powdercoated unless you have some coated already. Thanks!

Do you also need springs? I don't have any that have already been powder-coated, but I have a few pairs that are in good, used condition. Let me know about the springs.

I have a few good pairs of rear control arms. What is your shipping address? They are heavy and bulky, so shipping may be cost prohibitive. Let me know.

I have a few "Z" bars that have not been modified. I can send you one with the lower arm removed and you can have it welded in the proper location or you can send it back to me and I will weld it in the correct location. It would be very difficult to modify it correctly without actually seeing the application. Let me know your thoughts and I will help any way I can.

Hi, do you have just a driver's side vent window frame? The finish doesn't matter, just as long as the bottom spring stud and handle stud are good. Thanks so much!

Re: Do you need '64-'66 Chevy Truck Parts?

Tony,
I know this is pushing my luck but do you have an good running 283 or 327 with at all possible a SM420 trans? I know shipping will be ugly. Also interested in a complete wiring harness for a 65-66 stepside for a V8 engine. Zip code is 88330.
Thanks,

I do have a good, used driver side vent window assembly. Do you need the entire assembly or just the vent window with the swivel stud, spring and nut? Please let me know and I will send you a PM with price, including shipping. Thanks for your interest and let me know if you need this or other 4-5-6 Chevy Truck parts in the future.

Based on the weight, size, shape and zip, shipping via UPS, Ground is $60.00. I have never used Greyhound, but I hear they are a good option of larger parts. Please let me know if I can help you with these parts or other 4-5-6 Chevy Truck parts in the future.

One hood spring, via USPS, Priority Mail is $10.00 for shipping, but if you need two hood springs and two hood hinges, I would ship, via UPS, Ground. I estimate the shipping to be $25.00, plus the cost of the hinges and springs. Please let me know if I can help you with these parts or other 4-5-6 Chevy Truck parts in the future.
