Hey guys just a reminder about the get together Sunday. I'm going to show up at noon and I guess we will quickly see how fast we fill that DQ parking lot. So if you show up and there is noone there just look across the street and we will be on the beach parking lot.

Damn...not going to make it...Trans shifter keeps getting stuck, I have a new one to replace it so maybe I will do that if the rain holds out. for sure on the pics.

So did anyone show up? Any pics? I regret not getting any one of my two trucks ready for the meet. One is in the middle of paint prep and the other is not registered and tuned, it been sitting since 1997 when I purchased it a month ago. I need to go thru it before I commit to driving it any where. I imagine you all had a great time, can't wait to see some pics of the trucks that should up.

but that didn't stop a couple of full top blazers .. with NO TOPS show up anyway!

Cool Deal till we got the boot from DQ! .. I quess they like an empty parking lot, instead of a full one... isn't big enough anyway.

I ended up going to another "get-together" up the street...
... and its a good thing.. i was low on oil
She fixed me right up
Turned this rainy day to sunshine real quick!

I got there at about 12:30, I think there was about 10 trucks, met most of the guys and by 1:30 the little Asian parking lot Nazi was kicking us out.

The funny thing was my buddy and several of the other guys got lunch there. Maybe it was my fault, I got food from the burger joint next door.
I brought my camera but, didnt even get a shot off. By 1:45 it was over. It looked like such a great idea on paper.

It is and will be yet........just have to get a more receptive location with some parking Lots of places would probably welcome us with a bit of notice. I learned a couple things about my truck I never knew before and was glad to meet up with those that showed. Hopefully the first of many meetings.

Delmo how about meeting at the pomona swap meet? plenty of parking, we can bar b que and drink beer. I know Long beach is next sunday but that may be to soon for some. I know for sure I will be there regardless. I need to find me a G78 Denman tire. so any knows of one please let me know.
