New OEM Glove Box Lock (keyed to your existing locks)

-
I have a few OEM glove box door lock cylinders for sale. They come with one original GM logo key and one replacement key. I will key the cylinder to match the existing locks on your truck free of charge if you supply me with a code number, key, or measurements. If I re-key the lock to match your existing key it will come with one new GM logo key.

You will have to use your existing retainer and screw. Locking and non-locking mount the same.

$27.50 + $3 postage. PayPal or Money Order works for me.

Per board rules, post in thread before any PM's.

If you need to send me a key you can tape it to a piece of thin cardboard (think cereal box or thinner) as shown in the third picture below and send it in a small size letter envelope using a regular "Forever" stamp. Be sure you tape the key on the cardboard exactly like the picture or it may not go through the P.O. cancelling machine. Some keys may still have a code number on them.(see last picture below for location) If you want to use the code number but you don't have a code number on your key you can remove the ignition cylinder and 95% of the time the code number will be stamped on it. Here is a link to instructions on removing the ignition cylinder.

See post #4......

Another option:

If your key is in good shape and you know how to use a dial caliper you can measure each cut in the key. There are 6 cut locations on all keys, some are easy to see like the key in the last picture below and some are a little tougher but can be figured out. Measure the width of each location where the arrows are and PM that info to me.

Thanks,
LockDoc
