That would be for the '68's without bucket seats and all '69-'72's. They are available from any parts vendor.

I received my label this evening. I looks Awesome.
The original sticker had been removed on my truck.
I can still see where it was from the glue residue.
I like that the picture of the truck is actually the 67.
