Just a small update.I am just about done with all the heavy fabrication,I still have a few things like front shock mounts,front sway bar ,trans linkage and so on.I still have to finish modifying the trailing arm crossmember and get the rear brake assemblies on and route the parking cables.I will blow this thing in the near future and paint the chassis and other components etc.thanks for looking.Thought I would trow a few pics of it together one last time before paint.

Thanks guys,VA72C10 it does appear it is hitting,but it is not.also this is at full drop and there is at the closest point about 3/8 clearance so I dont think there will be any problems.I have had this thing together and apart about 3 or 4 times to check for any unforseen problems.Hopefully this is the last time as I am about to lose a little steam on this project.Wife and I have made reservations for power tour next June so I better get on the ball.Thaks again.

Its been a while since I posted, but I have made a little progress.I recieved my new axles from Moser,also took some pics of my headers and h-pipe after I cleaned and painted them. I used rustoleum high heat paint so I have my fingers crossed that they will hold up. My last pick is a swap meet score from today, I wasnt looking for another grill but sometimes you cant pass them up, it is not perfect but it is in very good shape.

I finally finished the frame and got it painted, I didnt realize I would have this much time into this frame but it turned out well. I hope to start assembly soon. Thanks for lookind guys.

Small update from this week,got most of the front suspension cleaned and painted. Installed for the last time. Also got the engine and transmission installed.hope to continue to make progress.

I like how you ran your brake line down the trailing arm rather than along the frame all the way rearward.. Or, was your truck originally plumbed this way? My Suburban had the hardline go all the way back to just over top of the rearend with the flex hose running downward to the "T" on the axle housing..

hemifalcon it originally ran to the back and down with a flex line,I changed it to help with removing rear wheels

Oh yeah, I like that flex line mounting point for the rear brakes a lot better than the standard spot at the trailing end!!
Though I must admit I had to look at your photo a few times to realize what I was looking at and why it was important !! Nice mod I would consider doing for any build.
