forgive me I it's been posted and I've missed it, but how did you do those door panels? I mean, did you start with stock door panels and just cover them or are they aftermarket?

Looks killer. And I agree with whomever said you could make a living doing interior work. Looks phenominal!

realy like the stitching on the dashleather , runs pretty straight across too

i got a job again and having fun at it too

idea's for the trucks and the order of things to do are taking shape and get closer to being realized , a few more months and i be able to start building for real

i complete 2 of the trucks intoo running fashion one custom and one basicly stock the thirth will be sacrificed for parts

a while back you told us that the fabricator for the doorskins whent bust , whell the website is running again http://www.roddoors.com/
i allso found this one http://www.dashworksbypaulatkins.com/ , they look a bit like impala dashes wish i like

Not much has changed, looks about the same, have not taken the cover all the way off the blazer in just about a year now. I broke some studs last year getting on it last fall and its been sitting. I have been working on a dually so thats part of it. I may start on it soon, thanks for making me think about it.. lol..

I have the same billet dash inserts on my 81 (project tweaked) what steps did you take to polish those panels? Have been wanting to do it just didnt know how to make them look as good as yours. Any help would be great. Thanks!! John

I had a buddy sand and polish them, he just sanded them out and polish them.

And on the doors, check this guy out he sales them, i just made some small changes to them. http://www.73-87chevytrucks.com/

he done a nice job on them the originals thend to be a big flat plastic sheet stuck to the door these have a little shape to them
