Here are some pics from my '72 Suburban. The door panels I made from masonite and vinyl, I used hot-rod Velcro to attach them. The center console I used plywood with fleece stretched over it to hold the shape for the fiberglass resin. And then I used fiberglass underneath to re-enforce it. The seats are from a 2001 Suburban.

hey Andy what is your 60/40 out of thats a good look I would love it with an arm rest in it I just want to keep the look though ( meaning no head rests) that to me just keeps the look of our trucks the min you put a head rest it looses it style.......

Newbie here...bought this 72SWB two days ago. There are things I'd never have done, but pretty pleased with the interior...ideas welcome. One thing I don't like is the aftermarket auto window boxes. I'd do it in-door or just use handle. Anyone know how much damage it would be to remove the boxes?
I just feel very lucky to have my dream truck. It is still a work in progress , but as is often said, twenty feet away with an untrained eye it looks sweet. I bet you guys could pick it apart..that's good...I'll either sell it and start fresh with a project or try to fix the flaws. Thanks for the welcomes. I'll post more on my truck after I learn more. There are some very cool interiors here that were likely done with a lot less jack some very good experience, and lotsa sweat.

The seat's are out of a 89-90's truck without the head rest or the arm rest. I wish it had the arm rest's sometimes though but not a big problem. Those seat's have been in the truck since 91-92 and haven't been covered yet!
They sit well and I have drove the truck 5 hrs before and felt good when I got out.

heres mine still under construction.newer cluster,lots of shaving and racing seats to keep me in place when needed.kind of a pro touring/custom route.
