Re: My project c10 build thread
Very cool build. If you keep the trim, what will you do to make it fit the doors since you lengthened them and the cab? Did you move the cab mounts? What about the wheel base? Are you going to shorten the bed? You are very talented obviously, just wondering about how the mods, and how it will affect the frame and mounting points. Scott

Re: My project c10 build thread
wow awsome fab skillz, whats the plan for the front end?? also since the cab is stretched are you going to shorten the bed that much or lengthen the wheel bass? if you shorten the bed are you going to take a little out in front and back to keep the proportions or just the front? i really like your build i want to build a stretched cab truck once i finish my 68

Re: My project c10 build thread
Not going to use the stock mldgs and trim, however still undecided on mldgs, was thinking of doing some custom paint work so its looks like the mldgs are on, but will be all paint, as for the wheelbase its stock short bed, had to move the rear cab mounts on the frame, also will be cutting the bed both in frt and rear of the wheel well to keep its proportions

Re: My project c10 build thread
@frenchblue72, ya welded the frt fenders and built a custom grille for it to, had to do it to put the ford ranger head lights in it, also welded the bed to the cab and the tailgate closed
