Re: Project Slo-Go 67
well, we have the rear suspension in and all bolted up now. I need to run the brake line and make a mount for the brake junction to mount on the rear crossmember. we have the front crossmember mounted as well. We need to clean up the rotors and springs, then paint the rotors, spindles, and springs so we can continue the front install.

Re: Project Slo-Go 67
we painted the tie rods and the idler arm etc. we should be able to mount later today then the front of the chasis will be buttoned up. then we need to clean and prep the motor for paint and serpentine belt setup.

Re: Project Slo-Go 67
Lookin' awesome!! You are a tad bit futher on your frame than I am. It's alot of fun when you can work on something without getting dirty.. When you get done for the day you can look at it and see that you have got something done. Keep it up.

Excellent project, i am sure he will stay interested, just don't bust his arse too much, otherwise, but honestly i am sure he will want to be the first one to drive it.

Re: Project Slo-Go 67
we made a little more progress the front end is complete. we mocked up the gas tank, installed the sending unit and mounted it to the frame. we also installed the SBC mount in the frame. the last pic is when a 15 yo has too much free time with the power washer!

This weekend is the last weekend for deer season , so hopefully we get some weekend work going again....
