Big improvement! What did you use?

I'm curious in that answer too, for tools and products. I current use Mothers because it has a protectorant (sp?) in addition to cleaner. For chrome, I found it lasts longer than McGuire's w/o protectorsomeorother. I still haven't been able to remove all the older stains yet though. I use drill and a foam ball applicator. Otherwise, it'd take way too much elbow grease.

I really admire "keeping the patna". They are only original once and there is something about preserving whats there.

Re: What did you do to your Suburban Today?

We all had a great day. Passing the car hobby to the next generations. We don't care about trophies and don't even taking cleaning supplies. It is about the time we spend together as a family.

I agree and thought the same thing. Then I figured the way the boys were fighting over the trophy, by the time we made it back to the Burb no one would have been smiling.

Took the daily summertime driver in Maine to a car show at local park (with a lighthouse) and let people touch it!

More improvements? Curious how your brakes will perform as I need to upgrade mine.

Love seeing all the car show pics!

Put it up on jacks to get ready to rebuild the Dana60 and turn down the dually hubs...

After replacing the front suspension and converting to disc brakes awhile back I finally had the Burbs suspension aligned today.

Re: What did you do to your Suburban Today?

Got my prop valve, vette master cylinder and finally have all the brake lines hooked up. Still need to run a bracket for the prop valve now.

Re: What did you do to your Suburban Today?

I drove mine to work today as I do every day . The best days seem to be the ones where you don't have to do a darn thing. And yes, there a list plenty long...
