Also, is that paint and trim original, or has it been redone, because it is in terriffic shape!

This is a pet peeve of mine, LWB means LONG WHEEL BASE and SWB means SHORT WHEEL BASE

if SWB meant "short wide bed", do you hear people say SNB "short narrow bed" or SSB "stort stepside bed"?

sorry for rant

Big Dave, I have the same paint scheme on my truck and I am really happy with it overall....
And then I saw yours! The stance of your truck really makes it pop!! I've got a c20 dunno if I will ever figure out how to drop it like yours without major dough. Nice truck. Very nice truck.

I do but from different points in time. Most of my $$$$ has been put on my 502 as of late. I am getting ready to invest in a new ignition system which teamed with my carb change out should get more closer to 700hp. At some point I am really going to have to get a posi put in.

I don't even want to think about driving almost 700 hp with an open rear end. That must be crazy to try to not spin the tires.

Actually in this area, SNB is what you do hear. Until I found this board a few years ago, I'd never heard LWB as referencing wheel base. All adds in the paper use LWB, SWB, and SNB for long, short, wide and narrow. I think the terms are regional, and only the spread of info on the net now is causing the conflicts.

Anyway, heres some pics of my longbed..It's due for a second restoration. Though i've kept up with the mechanicals. Its lowered 3", has rear helper airbags so I can still work it. As you can see in one pic.. the next project is in the works.

powell72, thanks for asking.
Normally the shipping is supposed to be 6-8 weeks but from December 2004 they told me they had to add another 3-4 weeks due to a lot of container shipping from Los Angeles.
I E-mailed the shipping company yesterday to get an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival), hope to have an answer on Monday.
I delivered the truck to the shipping company Jan. 24th so I expect it to arrive in about a month from now.
Really want the truck to arrive soon, just can´t wait to take my first ride on the Swedish roads with it.
