hello , its all 8.5:1 stock except for the intake , oil pump kit , accell worked hei ,and a holley carb with around a 100,000 miles from a riviera . runs good . fun to drive ,yet it could use a rebuild . ive got buicks in the blood and where id rather have put in one of my earlier better headed motors , this one was just goin to be laying around if i didnt do something with it . it would be alot quiker with a 400 turbo , where the ratios are off and syncros of that truck 4speed are a pain . i put a number of pics of the build up over on v8buick.com in the wrenchin secrets http://www.v8buick.com/showthread.php?t=91232 you should be able to use your same id there that you use here

4.5/5 drop
2.5" spindles and 2" springs up front, 3" springs and 2" block in the back.
245/50/17 front, 255/50/17 back
not the best picture...

Re: Can you please post pics of your lowered '67-72?

so if i go with a 4/6 drop,,will i need new front spindels...for now im just gonna cu the front coils,,plus after i change the rear leafs out for a older chevy rear set up...faster than a 4 link,,and fits my budget...so rear coils will get cut to more than likely..

Re: Can you please post pics of your lowered '67-72?

with the truck laid out the tyre would touch the lip of the bed rail,so when i raised the bed floor i cut the lip so the stock widend and shortend wheel tubs sit flush with the bottom of the bad rail,so now it clears the tyre buy a 1/2 inch.thanks for the interest 1loc10
