Re: Car Jacked!

My MOM called me FRIDAY, they found her 'BURB in INDIANNAPOLIS. The POLICE have one person in custody but not the car jacker. Just a matter of time and the SOB will have had it. Thanks to all for every bit of support.

Well that's a start, but I sure hope they get that low life behind bars for a good deal of the rest of his life.
Hope your mom fully recovers.

if they did that, there'd be two key words: neck, and woods... woods referring to a tree... man, if they only left criminals alone with you and somebody for ten minutes... there probably wouldnt be criminals though.... not like that's a bad thing.

Re: Car Jacked!

More info: The person they caught in my mothers 'burb was 16 years old and the truck was loaded with cocain. They told her when she gets it back to go over it with a fine tooth comb. If she ever gets pulled over and a K9 is there and "SNIFFS" the truck and finds any trace of drugs, SHE GOES TO JAIL! The guy that actually car jacked her cannot be charged with abduction because they didnt get off private property before she leaped out, and he cannot be charged with attempted murder because the doctor didnt specify that her head wound was from a knife. Indianna laws are written to protect the criminal. How F****d is that!!!???

Re: Car Jacked!

So much for progress. Sounds like the police are ready to wrap this one up.
Your mom might want to trade that Suburban. She doesn't need any more anxiety.

Re: Car Jacked!

It's time to clean the gene pool of this GARBAGE,as far as I'm concerned put a bullet threw that animal's head. it's apparent he's a useless animal that needs to be put down && I bet his rap sheet is a mile long. Hell I even buy the gun, bullets & pull the trigger , &&& I'll sleep like a baby knowing that scum that that will never commit another crime ....

let me get this straight, if ur mom gets pulled over & a drug dog happens to find drugs, she'll go to jail??? sound like the police should be doing thier JOB & have the drug dogs go through the car before they give it back to her.

&&&&&&&& why can't he be charged with with abduction???? abduction is abduction regaurdless where it happens && it sounds like someone should do their job & talk to the doctor about how she was assulted.

it sounds like there are some f**king lazy cops not wanting to do thier jobs .

makes me wonder who's truely is running this country when criminals have more rights t hen the average citizen... OOOOOOOOO that's right we do have criminals runing this country

manimal, I am happy to hear your mom is doing better, no one should have to go through that kinda thing....joe

Re: Car Jacked!

This just keeps getting worse and worse, doesn't it?

The only true way to not have to worry about the drug dogs thing would be to sell the 'Burb, but with gas prices the way they are, you'll only get about 1/4 of its value.

Why, oh why couldn't this scumbag have picked on someone like me? My truck would have several bullet holes in it and a little blood on the interior, but this world would have one less criminal animal running around.

Re: Car Jacked!

Thats such heartbreaking news, Manimal. I constantly worry about my mother and father and always tell them to be careful. CNN recently showed a video of some carjacker in Detroit taking a 91 year old man's car. He had the old guy wedged between the open door of his car and the parked car beside his. The jacker repeatedly punched the old guy in the side of the head before getting in the car and driving off. He was violent and vicious. The video also showed half a dozen people standing there watching this happen. It was sickening to watch and made me VERY angry.

I'm wondering what sort of society we live in where people are capable of doing things like this. Heres my take on justice if a criminal gets off on some sort of technicality or gets a lenient sentence. If the guy repeats the crime then the lawyer who originally got him off should be spending some time in jail with him. The judge who passes a lenient sentence should be fined. I don't believe in parole. If you get sentenced to 20 years in jail then it should be 20 years, not 7 years because of good behavior, thats total BS. What really sticks in my craw is that we have to pay for their TV and feed them.

Re: Car Jacked!

I'd like to think the local PD would let one of their dogs give it a quick once-over just in case. Might help make a case against the bad guy, if he happened to find something.

The law is in favor of the criminal. If this happened to the president or someone else with any kind of power I bet they'd find a way to stick them with it. I've said it before and Ill say it again. The police are not there to protect you, you must do it yourself. Too bad she didn't put an end to this guy that tried to put an end to her.

Any new updates?
