Re: Centerline overstock wheels Who has them

in that pic of the airrides truck,it has 18 on the front and 20 on the rear.
the center cap on the centerline wont work until you get your rotors turn down.
and on the wheel needing a spacer or not,if you have a 5 lug axle its wider than the 6 lug so i dont think youll need spacers, but it will tuck more than the front,so if you want it out the same then youll have to use spacers.

Re: Centerline overstock wheels Who has them

is it the mounting surface of the cap and the rotor that causes a conflect?

Re: Centerline overstock wheels Who has them

the center cap isnt big enough to fit over the spindle shaft,so turning it down lets the cap fit over it."its to fat"

Re: Centerline overstock wheels Who has them

I like the 20" wheels but I went to a local tire place today and didn't see anything (as far as tire size goes) that will work out. any conflects with 20" rimes in the front?

Tirerack.com use a 255/45 or 255/40 up front on an 8.5" wheel.

I'm doing 255/45s and 275/45s. Yokohama Parada Spec-X. They are nice and cheap! Should have about $1200 in the whole wheel/tire package.

Re: Centerline overstock wheels Who has them

I went with the Centerlines and can't wait to get'em. I will call them to confirm everything worked out with my ordering process it was about midnight or after when I finally came to a conclusion and placed the order. I went with the stagger look. 18x8 & 20x8.5 I never knew how hard it would be to decide on a set of wheels. this is the wheel I went with. I'll post more pics when they come in.

Now that my wheels came in I see what you are talking about the centercap will not fit or the wheel will not go on with the centercap when I take it off it works the wheel slides on fine. Who do I take the hubs/rotors to to turn them down? will a machine shop do it or the local auto parts store when they turn the rotors?

Re: Centerline overstock wheels Who has them

I know this is a little different thing then what you guys are doing, but I ordered a set from the Centerline overstock list for my 4X4 Blazer. The deal is that they not overstock, but a brand new wheel that is intro priced. I have a set of 17X9's coming. Here is a picture of the wheel and another of a poor photo chop that I did. The price was WAY to good to pass up and the wife really wanted some wheels with some !!!!!

Re: Centerline overstock wheels Who has them

Hey guys I orderdered a set of Centerline overstock Voltage series wheels 18 & 20's and they look good but I am adding up all the additional costs after the fact.

Wheels 18x8" & 20x8.5" cost $756.00 including shipping
New rotors & machine Shop costs $100.00
Lug Adaptors for rear 1.25" or 1.5" costs $167.00
total = $1023.00

Although I didn't need to buy new rotors it just made sence to do so. Is this a good deal?
