What paint did you use on the engine?
Are you going to use the same paint on the tranny? Just curious cuz i think it looks killer! And wouldnt mind doing the same to my 5.3L.

hmm... be prepared... 9-10000 approp and rising everyday. you can do it much cheaper but i updated everything and I am having this swap done. I didn't have any notion to do it by myself.

That would depend on the aircraft i guess. In my line of aircraft work they are all a flat grey ....
That color he is using looks real nice .... i would like to use the same color on just my block and the tranny. So hopefully he chimes in and lets me know.

Where would be the most likely place i can find it?
Will it stick well on a iron block? My motor inst a LS1 so its not the aluminum block.

on the paint, auto zone, oreillys,napa all of them have engine paint...yes it'll stick to iron, with anything its the prep to get it to stick good.....
getting the wiring done, this is the most time consumeing part, but im moveing much quicker then on mine... took 1.5 nights of working on it to get where im at now ( on mine it took 2 weeks)... looks like a big mess, but it goes with any of the GEN III swaps....
