Nevermind the yellow between the firewall and dash, that"ll be replaced with hot rod black with the rest of the cab. The plan is to drive this thing in parts of the power tour in June.

what did you have to modify for the painless, i havent held mine up to the firewall... i thought it went in the factory hole ??

I had to open the factory hole up to 2.75" H and 2 7/8" W and drill two 1/4" holes. The manual has a template on the rear page.

I opened the hole upwards and to the right if facing the firewall and it worked fine.

Nice looking build. Looks like you have more than one going on. I have a couple of questions. Do you have the part number of the harness that you used and what brand of alt and a/c brackets did you use?

The painless wiring harness number is P/N 10206. The alt is from powermasters 100amp I believe and the brackets are all from Billet Specialties.

End of day Thursday..... Harness and brake pedal removed for Dynamat installation. Harness fuse block mounted, guage cluster wired, master cylinder installed, wires ran to rear of truck and modified brake pedal installed......
