I totally forgot about this thread. Actually I thought I knew, but after further research my guess was wrong. I emailed the owner and he never responded.

I guess it will remain a mystery...

I contacted him too, when the auction was still listed. He replied and informed me that he purchased it with that grill...and did not know the origin of it.
