Re: Whats your trucks name
My 71 Stepside was called "Shorty" because of the five foot bed, but since I just cut that off and put a stock bed on it, not sure what I will call it. Probably "The Stepside" like I have called all my other stepsides.
I had a Yellow 69 GMC we called "The Mustard Truck". I don't name them all, only if someone names it for me, or if a name just jumps out at me.

Re: Whats your trucks name
I don't normally name my vehicles, but I have made an exception for my '71 C-10 and '92 GMC K-3500 duallie.
My wife calls the '71 "The Beast", my grandsons call it "Grandpa's old truck" and I call it "My ole farm truck". I use it mostly to haul farm and home improvement supplies. A friend named the '92 GMC K-3500 duallie "The He-Man Truck". It is used for hauling stuff that is too heavy for the '71, which is usually not much. Danny - Southeast Missouri |

Re: Whats your trucks name
The last owner of my truck used it in Wyoming near the park. Him and his wife called it Ol' Faithful. I usually don't name my vehicles so when talking to the PO I refer to it as Ol' Faithful.
